EUROPEAN BY DESIGN
We take the development of our products seriously. The Ohen Model 5 is designed in the Netherlands by Ohen Group. The Model 5 uses only high-quality RoHS and REACH compliant ozone-resistant materials, high-purity silica quartz, and A-grade stainless steel for ozone generation (with no titanium traces). Even down to the smallest non-critical components which are class A and B ozone resistant materials.
HIGH EFFICIENCY, LOW CONSUMPTION
The Ohen Model 5 is a highly efficient ozone generator, producing the highest concentration, at just under 70 micrograms per millilitre oxygen, for human and animal use. This is all achieved at a low power consumption with minimal oxygen flow. One small cylinder refill lasts over 110 therapy sessions. And with auto power off, the Ohen Model 5 conserves energy and can be run on small battery backups.

Seamless User Experience
We've developed an adaptable user interface that understands how you use the device enabling and disabling functions in different modes making it easier than ever to operate and eliminating therapy mistakes.
With 6 different modes signalling the Ohen Model 5 to enter different functional states, the Ohen Device automatically knows which state to enter for safety and efficiency. Plus, it changes the functions of the buttons unlocking more quick actions and to avoid therapy mistakes. All this is done electronically, behind the scenes without any effort from the user providing a simple and easy-to-use interface that feels second-nature.
AUTOMATIC MODE DETECTION
The Ohen Model 5 is a timer based ozone generator automatically switching modes, stopping the ozone production at the end of a therapy session, alerting when therapy is sub-optimal and powering off after inactivity. We took it a step further too; if you're falling asleep while doing therapy, the Model 5 will alert you to turn off the oxygen supply once a therapy session is complete; if you're so relaxed that you don't respond to the alert, the Model 5 will continue to alert you.

Designed for usability without sacrificing function, the Model 5 is used by individuals at home, doctors, vets and qualified professionals while remaining easy to use without any knowledge. It is pre-calibrated providing the highest ozone concentration without the need to adjust settings, while automatic monitoring ensures reliability throughout each session. Extended Warranty
Ohen Extended Plans include an extended warranty on defects, where the device has failed due to manufacturing defect and includes degradation from normal use resulting in abnormal defects and errors. Choose from monthly plans, yearly plans or once off fixed-term plans within 30 days of purchasing your Ohen Device and meet occasional maintenance requirements for an extended warranty on your Ohen Device.
Accidental Damage
Accidents happen, we understand. Ohen Extended Care Plans include Accidental Damage from Handling where the Device has failed due to unintentional events such as drops, liquid contact and electrical damage. Plus, coverage is included for higher value accessories such as regulators and power supplies. Benefit from transparently quoted service fees for accidental damage with no additional charges for parts.
Express Replacement Services
We know our customers love ozone and don't want to go a day without it. That's why Ohen Extended Care Plans offer optional Express Replacement Services (ERS) for times when you need a same-day / next-day repair or replacement or an interim leased Device while your Ohen Model 5 is unavailable.
Priority Technical Support
Ohen Extended Plans include Priority access to communication support for Covered Devices, including hardware, software and therapy priority support out of office hours. Support services are still available to all customers at standard turnaround times and within office times.
